Customer service is horrible. It takes forever to get anyone on the line with you. This is not a daily access to your pay. It seems to be a, when we feel like giving you a small amount we’ll consider it, access to your pay. The amounts are ridiculously low. They always have an excuse why money isn’t available or the amounts are low. This company needs to be investigated.

Since registration with this company my phone has been spammed constantly! I've blocked @ least 30 different numbers, both calls & texts. This is very unscrupulous. Of course, zay zoon denies selling my info to other companies hoping to exploit me. Be warned.

Zayzoon is horrible I always have issues with it sometimes it'll let me access money then sometimes it won't for no reason it almost seems like they change there rules as they go it hasn't let me access money in 4 days it keeps saying I have to have more then 20$ in which I do I get paid every 2weeks and I'm going on my 2nd week now so I have over 600$ in zayzoon is a headache and I'm not messing wth em anymore the customer support sucks everything about them is just horrible

I had a payout with the company this morning of a certain amount and I got back on to collect my payout and it was gone and I work a full shift and they told my they need a stub for repayment but I don't get paid in a few more days

The thing that's bad about it is you have no one to talk to when it comes to having problems with the website or other issues. You cannot talk to a real person. You have to email them and it takes days for them to reply. Terrible, terrible terrible!!!! Much much needed improvement.

I have never used this app downloaded it but never used and I got 700 bucks taken out of my bank tried to call customer service can not find them number each time I call the number it’s a AI that just hangs up the call after 20 seconds and tried to speak with them on the website/app chat got in touch with “Carla” she closed the account and I was not able to speak with her after that and never received my money back if someone has a phone number or anything that can help I’m all ears
