Matthew Cooper and his team have been phenomenal! Prior to selling our home we had a lot of things that needed to be managed and Matt went above and beyond to help us get everything figured out. Matthew has extensive realtor and life experience and the two combined make for an excellent realtor. Once the house was on the market it sold within a week! I completely agree with many reviews written about Matthew and his team. We worked directly with Matthew in purchasing a house and the words 'above and beyond' ring true. Matthew was so diligent in helping find the perfect property. He was available when we needed him. In addition, he is VERY knowledge about matters such as construction of the home, wiring, roofing...you name it. So Matthew has my endorsement and comes highly recommended.
