Been going to Whitlock since 2015. Knowledgeable staff. Always friendly, even during the craziness of the pandemic they made it work for their customers (thank you Bob). What I appreciate most is that the staff is highly skilled, and will go the extra mile to find the best possible coverage (thank you Pauline). Bonus points for welcoming Dexter inside, he appreciates all the attention!

45 years of using Whitlock insurance. Went in to discuss my upcoming policy I’ve retired and my policy just had a substantial increase.
Durning our review I discovered the square footage of my quote didn’t match my BC assessment, my BC land survey documents or Whitlocks office records. I was paying for 300 Additional sq ft. Four different numbers? This needed to be corrected.
I also inquired about different insurance company quotes. I was told that my policy carrier was still my best option.
I was quoted the price for the new policy with the correct measurements but it was exactly the same as first quote?
I was also charged $100.00 for the Sq ft correction update?
I have gone to other insurance companies found other carriers less expensive this includes the same policy holder Family Insurance. Some companies also offer senior discounts!
I’m so disappointed with the costumer service and smugness of your agent. Unfortunately there is penalty to cancel policies. But rest assured I will be changing my broker as soon as possible.

We bought our house insurance here last year. We chose Whitlock because they were prompt with a response, explained everything clearly for first time home-owners, and were lovely to work with. Other insurance companies didn't even give us a quote by the time we were ready to purchase insurance through Whitlock Insurance Services (who ended up giving us the best quote as well). Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my home insurance ive had at whitlock for about 10 plus years ,an error of my bank caused a non payment situation,i was able to give documented proof to my other affected payments affected by the bank error. I was unaware for a few months of this problem. Whitlock supposedly sent me registered mail, and several calls. None of which i recd. I called Bob whitlock to handle this, and was bluntly told their policy is to simply end my account and go elsewhere for insurance. I was dealt with unfairly and bob and his office manager were very rude to me to the point i made mention of this. Highly recommend passing by whitlock as a insurance provider. Hub insurance was more than happy to take me in at a better rate even.

Great uncomplicated local service, gives what you want not just what they have. Not like dealing with your usual someone that just knows how to fill out the form. They actually know what they are doing. I went there because they are the last good one left in this area.

I have to say, this place is rude , have dealt with them for 3 years now .....Wow so unprofessional. I have tried to support my local companies ......however this place.... not happening . Talk down to you , like you should know all the answers to your questions. Very demeaning......This would be mostly the big boss. ....Totally needs P.R. skills . ?
Time to go to an insurance company that treats their clients with respect . My question is to me ...." why did it take 3 years of this treatment to leave?" So many people tell me all the time ..." why are you still there, that guy is an #@%$ . Ok I get it . Going back to my regular insurance broker.
