I worked with this company for years. This year I was shopping around and Will Marshall could not beat the quote I was given by another company, so I cancelled at the end of April and told them I did not need coverage as of May 1. No issues -EXCEPT a May 1 payment came out of my account. I contacted them for a refund was told to wait 12- 15 days.
UPDATE - Will Marshall did follow up with me and was able to resolve my issue. In fairness, I have updated my review rating for them. They did come through in the end.
