They allow scammers and phishers to use their services. I keep getting emails claiming to be from zoom.us telling me that Zoom has deactivated my account and to click the button to reactivate. Of course if I login to Zoom thru the website my account is fine. DoNOT use the enablers of scammers

company is a complete joke and running a nice scam. been without internet for nearly 3 weeks. after 6 all-day appointments no call no show from WOW technicians, they show up out of the blue without an appointment and run a temporary line across my yard, my neighbors yard, and under my neighbors deck. left a note with no date of making a permanent fix

Had connection issues sometimes before, but kept them. They tried to send me a shipment of Google Home devices without my request or rental that I refused. When I moved, they sent $600 to collections for equipment I didn't accept, even after telling their (overseas call center) customer service I had refused the shipment. I now have my otherwise perfect credit marred and will spend months fighting for a refund on a charge I'll have to pay just to keep the damage from getting worse. What the hell, W.O.W.?

Avoid- Hear me out and judge for yourself. The company's dedication to Customer Service and Customer Experience has dwindled to zero. I have been a loyal customer and good customer since 2018. However, recently bought a new house and needed to have service transferred. This is when everything went off the rails. First, the location I was moving to (2-3 miles away) had WOW Service and I thought this would be easy to transfer service. So the tech came out, I wasn't here because I was moving. I didn't think I needed to be here because the wow rep. I spoke to had said I didn't need to be. (sweet, I'm moving and don't have time for that anyway.) However, the phone rep put down "professional installation" and when they sent the Service Tech out, he did not do anything or install anything. I arrived to no internet. This was the start of my 6 hours on the phone with them. I am not exaggerating. it's closer to 7 at this point. I was then pushed to a new tech coming out Thursday (I was advised on Sunday) then it turned into Friday. Friday comes, Service Tech comes out, supposed to have 1G speeds. I have 40MBPS download speeds. More calls, more being passed around the call center in Nicaragua. (This is how you know they have no authority) A multitude of excuses why the service doesn't work, which none of the excuses align. The last correspondence I had at this point I was told getting a service tech out will be another week. I said that won't work. The "manager" was going to call me again the following day to determine if he could get a Service Tech to show up. He said his shift started at 12pm EST on Sunday 12/12/21. It is now 12/13/21 at 2pm... I never received a call from that "manager". I have worked remote since 2018, and if you are like me and your income is driven from remote work, I would not suggest WOW. Go to a ISP that respects and values good long-term clients even if you pay more. (a wise investment) WOW does not, they just make excuses, pass you around and hope you will just go away. It's really quite pathetic. The executives at this company should be embarrassed, but hey, they don't reply to email even thought they provide you a link to contact them. LOL... right. So for what it's worth to others. I have 6 plus hours into a simple transfer of service and still don't know where I stand because the company does not do what they say they are going to do.

Freaking useless. Since they took over from Nulink, I get spammed about every 5 minutes, all day long. My email is freaking unusable, because I get nearly 300 OBVIOUS spam messages a day, from domains which WOW should be blocking before it even reaches me. WOW's it staff are very bad at their job, or they don't care.

WOW Internet, Cable & Phone is a scam. They DOS attack your modem using a subsidiary called knology.net to create a disruption to service. Stealing millions in technician fees. Service has been messed up for a week, zero resolve from these shysters. So we tracked their IP address from the DOS attacks. Lawyers have been contacted.

The star rating should go down to a half star!
Over a 2 week period they have wasted over 24 hours of my time and cost me money with my business by sending 5 technicians and replacing line, replacing boxes, replacing plate in main box, changing connecters, etc.. They actually said they would send a more qualified technician each time. I asked why the more qualified techs werent sent the first or second time, no response.

Larry CS Rep in Americas assisted me with a technical problem. my Cable kept saying you do not subscribe to this channel so I called the 866 number connected to Phillipines I could not understand the Rep. WOW has outsourced their jobs to a foreign country ? She made the problem worse. Well WOW you have oiutsourced your service from me I will be taking my business else where. Americans need jobs. Nothing like Corporate greed. The American Rep Larry was very helpful. 5 Stars for him
