Had a delivery today where they just left it out in front of our door with no notice to us that it had been delivered until an hour after, so our $100+ package sat where anyone could have taken it. we called the post office to ask why we weren't informed with their knock and drop policy, there was no knock or anything. When we called we were met with a horribly rude woman answering the phone who would not let us talk. Talking over both my Mother and I, I took over the phone call because the Woman was yelling at my Mother, and she proceeded to yell at me not listening to anything that was said and hung up. This is not how you treat customers and i am reporting this incident to head office.

Staff are all courteous and helpful and have answers whenever I ask questions. Couriers work hard and put up with too much drama, but still manage to smile in kindness every time I see them. Thank you for your hard work!

They never deliver my parcel. I can see on my tracking number its been sitting there for weeks and they don't delivery it. Very frustrating. They always have some excuse. You basically have to always call in in if you want it delivered.
