Huge shout out to Justyse!!! She is professional, knowledgeable and went out of her way to get her team to custom fabricate and install our running boards! We will be back …. When the hubs adds to the fleet! ( but don’t tell him he’s allowed… 😆 )

Excellent sales staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. When we went to pick up our quads the walk through was great and informative. All of our questions were answered with knowledge and understanding. I would 100% recommend Westlock Motor Sports to everybody.

Absolute joke of a dealership
Very janky built unit out of crate only lasted 2.7 hours. Took it back to them as the salesman claimed it would be "Same day service" if brought in on Wednesday, July 16 morning. Dropped unit off the night before so they had it all day Wednesday and stayed in hotel overnight. Was told around Noon on Wednesday that they don't even have parts in stock and the unit won't be available to be fixed until Friday.
The Salesman also had no clue about the product he was selling. Tried to tell my partner that a 2025 Trixx has 95hp as we have 2023 Trixx aswell.
Between the blatant lies about service and the lack of knowledge throughout the whole dealership from sales to service I would recommend taking your money elsewhere if you actually want to enjoy your unit.

We just purchase a 2025 can am defender max limited. The whole team at WPM is awesome ! They made our purchase easy and got everything i wanted on it done ! When the owner takes the time to sit with you and help out it says alot! Thanks Dan and team you all rock!

I bought a Cub Cadet Z Force S there and the transmission blew up after 4 years of use. I maintained it as per manufacturer specifications. WPM does not provide on site service or pick up service. If you’re buying equipment, go with Kubota who will pick up your equipment for service.

As soon as I entered WestLock Powersports and Marine for the first time I was met with smiles from reception and they quickly got me a coffee, making me feel welcomed. Meeting Derek and Justyse made the whole process easy and efficient. Derek went over the sled from front to back telling me all the “know how’s” of this sled. Justyse made the paperwork a breeze! I have owned ski doo brand since I was a kid. I lived and bought many throughout the years, all in different provinces. WPM by far has made the entire process seamless, front start to finish! Great employees, make all the difference in the world! Everyone should buy from here! Thanks again!

When I first called and got my sales person the first time, he kind of fell off. Wasn’t really engaged in giving me quotes and answering my texts. When I called back the second time I spoke with Justyse and she jumped right in and got me everything I needed to make a decision. She was fast and efficient and took really good care of me. It made my decision an easy one.

Jaime helped me pick them out and had them ordered.

Wpm did a great job of making my experience a positive one. The team at wpm did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied.

Total disappointment!
No one calls you back , didn’t resolve our boat issue, they are not for the customer, wanted to support a local company but they have lost our business, actually still waiting to hear from service !
