Absolute garbage. They have 0 customer service. They don't return calls to customers even though they have a system that allows you to leave a message. They can't take payments properly. I only do business with them because I have to due to my apartment building. They are an embarrassment and shouldn't even be a business.

I have been dealing with Tara Spice in here. I paid the yearly auto insurance but still waiting for my pink card for over two month now. There is a lot of excuses and not willing to put effort to correct their mistakes. Be aware!!
I actually deal with this company, the company seem okay depending with who you dealing makes a difference.

I can't rate them low enough - I've been trying to cancel my policy for a week, they sent links to my partner to approve the cancellation which were expired even when we approved within the 24 hour period they claimed we have, and they've now cancelled my cancellation. I'm beginning to fear I'll be a customer of theirs forever, despite my best efforts.

My new insurance policy is roughly 60% of the cost - if you're with them, shop around. If you're not, run and don't look back.

On Oct, 2023 I had submitted a small claim for above insurer (former name: zipinsurance), despite after sending several follow up emails and phone calls, I never received the claim amount. They referred my claim to a 3rd party company for onward process, everytime I contact them for a status update, they say it's in process or yet to be finalized. I was with above insurer for over 5years and I paid their monthly fees on time and it was my first ever claim submitted.

Today I sent a final email advising them that if I do not hear back and/or if they do not finalize my claim on or before 16 Feb 2024, I will file a compliant with competent authority or board for proper resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ABOVE INSURER for nobody. IT'S SCAM AND THEY NEVER PAY YOUR CLAIM.

This company took over my Nuera insurance policy and all I can think at this point is that they are a scam.
We have moved and needed to switch from a condo policy to a house policy. Westland quoted us $1500 higher than all other insurance companies so we obviously decided to switch. Weeks in advance of giving up possession of the condo, I did everything I was supposed to do to cancel the Westland policy. A few days before moving out, I got an email telling me to click a link to finalize the cancellation. Upon clicking that link, I received a message from their system that said the terms had already been accepted and that my policy was cancelled. I checked that same link the day after we moved out, again got the message that my policy had been cancelled effective on our move out date.
Well thank God I double checked yesterday (5 days after we’ve moved out) because an agent told me the policy is NOT cancelled. Apparently they had also sent a link to my husband (absolutely no mention of this anywhere along the way) and that he had to click a link as well for it to be cancelled. I have gone back and forth via email 6 times so far while the agent repeats the same things over and over, continues to send a link to my husband that does not work and absolutely will not acknowledge the screenshot of the system message I CONTINUE to get that the policy is in fact cancelled. Westland is playing a dangerous game by not canceling insurance on a property that we no longer own or occupy and we’re convinced they’re dragging their heels in an attempt to keep our money and business. Had I not double checked the cancellation, this policy would have continued on the property for 6 more months without our knowledge. This is day 6, and they still have not canceled the policy because they continue to send an expired link to my husband. We have no recourse to cancel this ourselves. Word to the wise, absolutely stay away from these crooks.

Theresa was really helpful and professional. We've never had any issues with Nuera's service and the one time we did, Theresa fixed the issue over live-chat with speedy responses and a warm nature. I would recommend Nuera to all of my friends and family. Always compare the market but feel assured that Nuera will have your back. They also have a great online portal where you can see policy details, change payment methods and download invoices etc.

Update: Spoke with Lynn today and she was just as helpful. Quick, efficient responses and very well-informed. I feel really safe with this company. You're always in good hands, and the level of professionalism is very consistent, which means it's a part of the internal culture. That should make you feel very secure if you choose to go with them for your insurance needs.
