Having been with this branch and company for a few years was easy, reliable and priced well. My personal Customer Service Representative, Melissa S has been knowledgeable, kind and prompt throughout the years, making for a reliable and enjoyable insurance experience. Most recently, we decided to combine a number of insurances to optimize price and convenience, given a very short timeline representative Maryann was beyond helpful in assisting me to make a quick and easy transition. Sad I had to leave such a great branch and service team, but be assured this is a great choice for all things insurance! Thank you Melissa and Maryann.

Someone recommended Orr & Associates, and we were able to get a good quote. We are first time home buyers, and new to the process. When we made a mistake with our initial intake, I was unimpressed when I was met with a bad attitude and poor customer service when we had to rectify the mistake.

We ended up going elsewhere for our insurance.
