She’s kind, patient, knowledgeable and goes beyond! She expertly dealt with my situation and even stayed after closing to get things done. I contact Tracey Hale at Waypoint Insurance two days before my home and earth quake policy was set to expire with another company. Tracey was exceptional, particularly given I wasn't even a client. She took all my particulars over the phone and talked me through the process. She ensured I received all the documents needed and got me a very good and comprehensive quote. She was there for any questions I had and processed our new policy to take effect when the current policy expired at midnight. We were very impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. We look forward to being her client for a long time.

I am guilty of being a quick and easy transaction, however didn’t realize there is so much more to house insurance and legalities etc etc,… however Tracey with waypoint insurance in Parksville BC was exceptionally amazing. We called her last minute I. The afternoon and she completed the task on point on time! Greatest service and so graceful for the extended service from Tracey Hale she was amazing!

All I wanted was to cancel my dead mother’s tenant insurance. 5 phone calls and 3 in person visits to office. Terrible . This kind of service should be considered embarrassing. Never use this company. Can you imagine if you had a claim? What a nightmare

Cathy working the front counter doing autoplan was amazing. Very helpful. I realized there was a mistake on my end on the rate class, I forgot to tell her. She was really polite and fixed it right away. It is staff like Cathy that keep me coming back in there. Keep up the good work!
