I have been dealing with W B White Insurance since the mid 1980's, around 40 years. In all these years they have always been attentive to my needs. Always made me feel an important client to them. Their premiums have always been fair, both home and auto. And yes I have periodically checked with other insurance agencies over the years to ensure that is the case. Good service and good premiums are important (price is not always everything).
Recently, I had cause to make some changes to my auto insurance plan and was extremely happy with the service I received. My current Account Manager and has been for several years now, Michelle Hughes, handled things promptly, made the changes happen almost instantly. She is a real pleasure to deal with and makes things so easy for me.
I am and will continue to not only be a client of W B White, but will also ensure I continue to recommend them to friends/family and neighbours. Gary

My brother, who is a long-time client of W B White, referred me to them, and in particular Michelle. I was dropped instantly by my previous insurer because I moved and one car came with me and the other car stayed back with my daughter. I was stunned and couldn't believe this had happened. Michelle and her team instantly got to work and found us better insurance for a lesser price. I ended up gifting the car to my daughter and everything has worked out beautifully. Throughout the stressful process, Michelle worked diligently and professionally to get us covered the next day. I cannot say enough, how wonderful and friendly and helpful she is. I felt after many years of being with this company it was definitely time to change. The service was very poor and the communication was low level. Many instances where when I told them something it was not changed to be reflected on my policy and when I called them out on it went unacknowledged. Glad to be with my new agency that literally saved me over $1000 and a much better policy.

Alanna has been attentive, easy to talk too and quick to answer any questions and concerns. I felt like she has truly gone above and beyond to take care of all my needs and wants when it comes to coverage. My broker is Vanessa, and she failed to provide me with the correct information regarding my policy. (Also very defensive and rude) And during my cancellation process, I was misinformed twice. I had asked her clarifying questions and she assured me everything was OK, when I contacted her again she was denying and defensive and immediately handed me over to someone else.
