The vulcan fcss has gone from a very welcoming safe space to a place of judgment, bias and overall ignorance. Nobody should leave there feeling like they don't matter and don't belong. And if you do have issues and bring them up, your actions will be twisted to match their needs so that you face the consequences of their behavior. It's absolutely the worst part of vulcan. And the sad part is, it never was until the new director started. The vulcan fcss has gone from a 10 to a negative 5.

They can be a really helpful for certain things but kind of unhelpful and judge you for other things. I've heard many people complain about the food bank turning them away because they smoke or are too invasive regarding getting food. One lady told me they turned her away because "she made too much money" yet her bills outweighed her income. They are the only food bank that asks for bank statements, lease or rental agreement, source if income proof, I D. For everyone and much more!
There's a food bank close to Vulcan that asks you your address and for health cards for everyone in your home and that's it. You can go there monthly, every month, they do Not judge you or turn you away and THATS HOW A FOOD BANK SHOULD RUN.
