J'ai fait évaluer pour une nouvelle auto! Service rapide et je croyais efficaces, mais une fois l'achat fait et le contrat d'assurance signé, même que j'avais déjà la voiture en main. L'agente TTanya McFadden más communiqué par téléphone me disant qu'ils avaient Changé les termes de mon contrat! Je lui répond que je suis occur dqu'on se reparle. Jamais reçu de contrat physique! Et au premier paiement récurrent, le paiement passé avec une journée de retard et 130$ de plus que le contrat signé avec eux! Bref, ils ont change les termes de mon contrat sans mon accord et une nouvelle signature de ma part! Après recherche auprès d'avocats, j'apprends que c'est illégal!
Faites bien attention a leur non professionnalisme!

When I bought my new car I went back and forth to obtain my prices, Tracy was very patient and handled everything for my insurance and even sent my liability slips.

A big thank you to Tracy for giving me peace of mind and going the extra mile, She was on vacation but still responded to my email and got the job done.

I can not explain how much I regret choosing this insurance company. I have had not 1 but 2 abnormal, unreasonable, and unexplained large bill which was taken directly from my account. The first was 700 and the second 292. Tanya M was my broker. She seemed quite nice at first, I asked a lot of questions as my knowledge was limited but ended up with an insurance that was higher than necessary (my father quickly figured this out). I had difficulty reaching her day after day which was a frustration on its own. She then tried to call me twice in a month, no emails and felt this was a reasonable attempt to reach someone even though my file would clearly illustrate how busy my life is with my employment (I had already expressed this as well). I then received a 700$ bill which was automatically taken from my account which she was less than sympathetic about. I had to become extremely stern for her to consider lowering my next payments to balance this huge bill (which was not suppose to be that big hence the reimbursement). I HAD TO ARGUE FOR HER TO REPAY MONEY THAT WAS MINE. Now this monthly payment was suppose to be low as compared to my other payments but I get another surprise but this time 291$. Just tried calling her, surprise, no answer. I would do anything to be with another insurance company at this point.
