This review is based upon my opinion on the professionalism of the agent in question in which I was working with, and is not a reflection on the overall outcome of my families application.

Firstly:
Do not make promises you do not intent to keep such as saying in emails and verbally in person as "I can always get a mortgage with a large down payment" - No, no you cant.

Secondly:
Do not give timelines/deadlines if you do not have the correct information. For example do not tell your client "We will know by Tuesday" only to not to follow up directly with any information until 2 WEEKS following the aforementioned "Tuesday".

Thirdly:
I am YOUR client, its YOUR responsibility to follow up with me, it is not professional to pass YOUR clients information off to a co-worker without first going to YOUR client for permission.

Lastly, I will say that I do appreciate the lengths in which the particular agent went through in with setting up an initial meeting, they were very accommodating in meeting our requests. However I feel this is more of a reflection on the interest in how much "Meat" would be on the table.

During my entire application with them I never felt like a valued client, and its in my opinion that if you're going to be working with a broker, who is essentially handling your life goals and dreams, you need to feel valued.
