⚠️ WARNING: Avoid This Insurance Company at All Costs ⚠️

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do NOT trust this insurance company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.

False Promises: They lure you in with friendly sales talk and “comprehensive coverage,” but once you actually need help, you’ll find out just how empty those promises are.

Unreasonable Delays: Claims take weeks, sometimes months, with zero updates unless you chase them down repeatedly. Every phone call feels like being passed around a maze of departments designed to wear you down until you give up.

Dishonest Practices: They look for any excuse, no matter how trivial, to deny or drastically reduce legitimate claims. Simple coverage items get twisted into exclusions you never agreed to.

Zero Accountability: When you finally reach a representative, you’ll be met with indifference or outright rudeness. Managers avoid taking calls, emails go unanswered, and no one accepts responsibility.

Financial & Emotional Toll: Insurance is supposed to provide security. Instead, this company adds stress, wastes time, and leaves you feeling completely unprotected when you need them most.

🚨 Bottom Line: This is not an insurance provider, it’s a trap. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually honor their policies and treat customers with respect. This one thrives on confusion, delay, and denial.

Consider this your warning: steer clear.

Excellent. Joel really knows his stuff. He explored all options, found the best deal at a rate i didnt think was possible, was super prompt and got everything sorted out in like 15 minutes.
