I chose Vendasta because I was looking for a single platform to manage all of my agency clients. It seemed to offer everything I needed, and the sales team convinced me to give it a try.

To test the platform, I set up my own business first—a business where I’ve personally done all the marketing, SEO, and web design. I know the digital footprint well. Vendasta’s snapshot report immediately flagged dozens of serious errors that were simply not true—everything from failing grades for SEO to claiming I had only 8 backlinks (I used Yext for backlink creation, which is the exact same tool Vendasta uses). It couldn’t even detect my active Yelp and Facebook accounts, both linked directly to my Google Business Profile.

I contacted support multiple times, providing proof that the data was wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, support eventually stopped responding.

When I decided to cancel, I was sent a form requesting account information they already had. I filled it out—twice—and my account still isn’t canceled. I was also promised a refund by my rep, which I have yet to receive.

For a platform that markets itself as an all-in-one agency solution, the inaccuracies, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through were unacceptable.

Something has been going on because customer service has gone WAY downhill.

I'll leave up my original review, but this is the update. I have multiple emails that my account was canceled and I would no longer be charged. This has been an ongoing thread for MONTHS.

I received an email on 6/24/25 stating that my account had been canceled and I would no longer receive any charges. The following day, they attempted to charge my card again. I knew that they had inconsistent billing practices and I had requested the termination months before, so I had only been making minimal payments on my card so they couldn't continue to charge me.

On 6/30/25, I was informed that the account was canceled and no further attempts would be made for the monthly fee.

Today - 7/6/25 - they charged me the monthly amount again.

I did have a past due amount that I made payment arrangements on. That amount is significantly less than the monthly payment amount. When my billing was due during the times that things were going good, I had money on the account and would have been able to make the payments in a timely manner. The problem is, something happened and they had a massive exodus of employees and their billing became extremely sporadic.

Those issues with billing ended up costing me several clients and I had to shut down my marketing agency.

Find ANY other white label company you can. The employees that provided the excellent service when I was happy with them are gone. They obviously saw it long before I did.

This company is going downhill FAST. Don't let them take you with them!

Original review: Support is second to none! I've heard that there are other similar companies that are cheaper, but I had firsthand experience already with their support team, training, and systems, so it was a no-brainer to begin working with them. I have never second guessed my decision even for a second! While every single team member has been extremely helpful and insightful, most of my personal experiences have been with Amanda, who has gone above and beyond at every single turn and never hesitates to provide excellent support and direction.

Choosing the words to explain the colossal waste of time and money this platform is - is a challenge. Don’t bother using Vendasta — bad customer service (except one rep), terrible and confusing user experience and worse — my clients suffered from the subpar products they offer. Save yourself hours of wasted resources and choose anything else.
