I recently applied for a rental apartment in Vancouver and was willing to pay $3800 per month. Despite my offer, my application was rejected by the realtor, who cited that I was not from the city. To my surprise, the apartment was subsequently relisted for $3500 and rented to someone else. This experience left me feeling that I was unfairly discriminated against, possibly due to my background. Such practices are unacceptable and should be addressed to ensure fair treatment for all prospective tenants. I hope others do not have to face similar issues. I can provide details of the realtor I was working with.

Had a pretty bad experience with Maryam, the Property Manager/Leasing Agent. The apartment we visited was really nice but she showed little to no interest in showing us the place. We felt unwelcomed and were rushed out before could even finish the tour.

Tenants - do not rent with this company. We made the mistake of renting a unit with them for 2.5 years. While things may seem pleasant at first or when there are no concerns, be sure that they will become unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and even deceitful when issues arise and following move-out. They try to squeeze every penny out of the tenants and the owners, and there is absolutely nothing "luxurious" about them.
