I called them before they were actually opened. The owner came in earlyspecifically to help me, fixed my phone in less than an hour, they were very reasonable priced, less than any other quote, couldn’t be happier!

Cesar was awesome! All around great service. Quick and efficient. Have gone on three separate occasions, and every time he has finished fixing my phone in under 45 minutes. I have never felt like I was getting cheated or scammed, which I have felt with previous phone fixing businesses. On one occasion he even helped me out by cleaning my charger port free of charge, instead of making go threw the process of paying for a new one. In short I am a very satisfied customer, and would recommend "just in case" to any family or friend.

Cesar's a great man. I took my laptop for a diagnosis there and even tho it took him more than 3 days he didn't charge me nothing. I'd usually need to pay for it. Wonderful treatment to customers, always feel so comfortable going there. Plus I always get an explanation of what happened to it. Trustworthy and highly recommended.
If you ever need help with ur electronic devices, I'd say you should go there amigo!!

We drove all the way from Calgary just to have my old laptop check by the expert/owner Engineer Ceazar Rueda.I don’t care about the laptop coz it’s old what important is to transfer all the pictures from our travels and from friends and co workers which are so memorable to me (as you can’t turn back times.) Prior I went to a place to have it fix or transfer the pix and nothing (coz the issue is it keeps turning OFF) but Cezar did it so quick,i was so happy I got all the pictures back. I recommend their service and mind you TSUNAMI has the lowest price for a very good service. The owners are very nice couple (ceazar and karina) love you guys ❀❀❀
