My parents are fairly new owners of a home build by Triple T.
5 star without a doubt! Great quality and customer relations. When anything has come up its fixed very fast, with no question. To know my parents had such great care put into their build and the amazing support triple T continues to provide I feel thankful for them.

(Sept 2022) Been here for a year now.
Could not have made a better choice.
The house has been well built with few problems. Triple T currently building condos on site.
Little turnover in the homes. Friendly people here. I see myself as a painfully shy introvert and feel right at home here at Triple T and in Lakefield. Great village with nice restaurants, adaquate grocery shopping, farmer's market, nice shops throughout the village.
My parents were lifetime Legion members and D and I find the members here most lovely!

Sent email asking for home purchase package and upgrades. Wanted to review purchasing a home deposits what is included in standard build cost of extras. I asked to be emailed not called. I get a call the person will not email anything. Didn’t want it in writing. Maybe so he can to deny what he said is what it seems to me I asked if they had a model home to view no response this company in my opinion is bad beware
