If I could give a 0 stars I would! Terrible company, terrible customer service and all around terrible policies. Absolutely gutted for what they put me through. Never again! Stay away from this company! There is a reason they only have a 1 star rating!

the absolute worst company possible... you may be down and out but I promise you, you can do better! one missed payment because they set schedule at 12:01 day of payment...
did NOT try again for payment next day or the 7 business days later... just sent Final notice AND CALLED CAR FINANCE COMPANY NOTICE OF CANCELATION BEFORE MY FRIEND EVEN KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM!
as note do not do business with Axais auto either.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was not notified of my policy being canceled and now there is only one company that will insure me at $5000. How can a disabled single mother afford to start over? No compassion. I would never recommend this company.

If you're with Travelers insurance and you have swimming pool coverage I'd seek elsewhere if I was you. We had a once in a generation snowfall in my area that crumpled a section of my pool wall due to the weight of the snow. They wouldn't cover the damage under their "freeze" clause. Don't make the mistake I did and get Travelers insurance.

STAY AWAY . If you are smart you will just stay away from this so called insurance company. My wife was run into and are car smashed. The guy that run into us took full blame for the accident. We called travelers the next morning to file a claim. My wife told them we had paid round $8000 for the car and the blue book value was round that. The woman working the claim said well we wont be following the blue book you will take what we offer. So that was ok they took 4 days to get us a rental car then they only got it for a week. We did not think nothing about it until they called two days before the rental time was up. They told us we will give you $4800. So my wife asked how long do i have to agree. The woman told her take all the time you like but that is all you are getting and the rental car has to be turned in in two days. Are car was in mint no rust and we had just put $1000 in parts on it . They told us parts parts don't mean nothing everyone has to buy parts. She was so ignorant i thought my wife must be talking to the guy who hit us insurance.

I am separated and still have to pay for my ex's car insurance because we have a joint policy, and she refuses to sign off on the cancelation. The insurance company provides no solution or provisions to assist. I have to wait for the divorce court, which could be a year away.

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I warn anyone dealing with this company, they are not helpful when they mess up, and will not fix their mistakes.

The policy is under my partner's name.

It started about 3 months ago, travelers tried to pull a payment on an unauthorized date (about 20 days early). So we call to find out why, they said it was a mistake, and they would make an exception so the deposit would cover the bounced payment. After about a week we get a letter in the mail saying that we owe them the monthly amount plus an NSF fee. So again we call back again. We were informed again that it was their fault it happened and told that the last person we spoke with was new and was wrong about the deposit and the can under no circumstance would they ever use the deposit for that. We asked what they can do to fix it and they said they will not be able to anything. So then my regular payment date comes and they pull the payment again. So again we call, They said we still owe the full month's payment plus applicable fees, even though it had just pulled.

We inform them that in the following month they can pull the required amount for the over due and the regular payment but after that we will cancel and call back to cancel the policy.. so we did have all they amount paid the following month and indeed we did call to say that we are cancelling and found out how long our policy would last after the most current payment. Everything sounded good after that. We were wrong.

Now we are in the month we are no longer supposed to be affiliated with this company. Yet again they pulled another payment!
