I was referred to Ruben Garcia for refinancing my home mortgage by a mutual friend. Ruben was friendly and helpful through the entire process. He answered all questions and explained the process well by simplifying explanations so those that don't do this often could understand. Ruben and his team are awesome. First, he handled my loan when I bought the house, which needed to be done quite quickly in order to present a strong offer on a house that had multiple offers within hours of listing. Next, he has refinanced my house twice within a year thanks to rates dropping, including getting me an APR lower than multiple friends who were refinancing at the same time. Finally, his response time is excellent, which included a time that I needed quick assistance from him on a Saturday morning (sorry Ruben haha). Not a better loan officer out there.
