False informations. Very unprofessional told us need approval from dealership for insurances never heard of it . So we had to come in second time to do the insurances they finally called the dealer ship and they said no approval needed. Waste 2/3 days on our time back and forth. Worst possible customer services and knowledge I am surprise people still come here? For insurances? They don’t know what that word stands for.. Blow my mind come here at your own risk. You been warn.

I recently had the pleasure experience with Tony Lau Insurance, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when dealing with insurance.

One thing that really stood out to me was the level of personalised attention I received. Sampson, the male representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right coverage for my needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely the worst first and last experience/inquiry visit at this establishment ever!!! My daughter and I happened to be passing by and wanted to inquire about how they handled home insurance, since we were planning to buy some in the very near future. However, instead of a courteous and professional demeanor, we were met with hostility. The lady at the front desk was disregarding my daughter the entire time after she asked us who the homeowner was, even though my daughter helps me manage all sorts of things. Not to mention the lady was especially spiteful towards me all because I was just there to inquire about insurance instead of complying with her demand to fill out a form with sensitive and personal information, and when I refused to do as she said, she then said that I can't be helped since I don't understand anything and then told us to get out and leave.

Unbelievably unprofessional and appalling demeanor. My first visit here just so happened to be my last, and here's why; I can get over the fact that I was disregarded the entire time I was there by the lady at the front desk (she just happened to be this way towards me right after my mother answered her question about which one of us was the homeowner), however what I absolutely cannot tolerate is the disrespectful way that lady told my mother that she can't help us because we know absolutely nothing and that we should leave and find someone else to answer our questions. What really made this sketchy and suspicious is that, she began acting especially defensive and erratic the moment we refused to fill out a form divulging sensitive and personal information, but since we were only there to inquire about how home insurance is handled, we didn't feel the need to fill out forms with our personal information.

There is an old Chinese guy in glasses without hair who is very impolite and lazy. He is not willing to serve us and his attitude is very arrogant. He refused to help us fill the vehicle transfer form, and ask us to fill it ourself and even do not give us a pen. And he complained us not filling the selling price in front of him, and keep repeating that he has no time... it’s time for him to leave. Very bad service very bad attitude

asked a few questions, the answer was very confusing and misleading. it seemed they were not professional or they don't care about my questions but only my business. What made unpleasant was the lady behind came up to me and lost her patience by saying that she did not have time to answer inquires for she has other clients to attend. I looked around and asked where were the other customers and she said she need to answer the phone. I said that's OK. went to another autoplan provider in lansdowne and had a pleasant experience there.

The guy that works there is really nice! I came on a weekday morning and it wasn't busy at all. He also helped me realize that for a few dollars more, I could reduce my deductible - which was really informative and beneficial to me. Answered all my questions clearly which I'm happy about.
