Il est à noter que Todd va au-delà pour vous obtenir les meilleurs tarifs. Il est connaissant et professionnel et répond rapidement à toute question ou tâche à effectuer. Il rend les choses sans encombre avec aucune inquiétude. Pas de lutte pour les prétendus pour déclarations ou des conseils non fiables. Il prend vraiment soin de ses clients. Si le pire se passe, la dernière chose à souci est de faire la guerre pour obtenir ce pour quoi on paie. Vous ne pouvez pas obtenir le service client comme dans l’entreprise ou agence d’assurance de toute autre personne à mon avis. Je recommande fortement Todd.

Todd goes above and beyond to get you the best rates. He is knowledgeable and professional and responds promptly to any questions or tasks you need handled. He makes it hassle free with no worries. No fighting for claims or untrustworthy advice. He truly cares. If the worst should happen the last thing you need to be worrying about is fighting to get what you have been paying for. You can’t get customer service like that from any other company or any other agent in my opinion. I highly recommend Todd.

Customer service at its best. It is always stressful buying a vehicle and one of the biggest concerns is being assured you have insurance coverage when driving it off the lot. I contacted Todd to let him know we had purchased and that was all I had to do. He worked with the dealership to make sure that everything was in order when we picked up our vehicle. The process was seamless for us, a copy of the insurance card was at the dealership waiting for us and through Todd and the dealerships cooperative effort a copy of the ownership and bill of sale had already been provided to Todd. A very positive experience.
