Patrick is an honest professional and he sacrified his own time and completed the survey on Sunday to suffice a sale's needs by delivering the report the following day. I made an error that caused his to travel twice but he charged me very reasonable cost to cover his expenses and got the report done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Titan Survey. Better yet, he got the Compliance Certificate from the city within 3 days!
