I am super impressed with Tim and his team! Trish was awesome to deal with. They were able to approve my finance loan for my new vehicle and get the car insurance ready within hours. Terrible insurance company. I've been with them for 9 years, have never received a ticket, have never made a claim, never even been pulled over by the police. Super clean driving record right? Paying $157 for my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. Not bad. For my new Nissan Sentra 2022 they wanted to charge me $390. So I went to look for a new insurance company(Sonnet) and they offered me more coverage for $222. So I went to cancel my insurance and now I have to pay $274 just to cancel my insurance. I've never been scammed so hard by a legit company.

Great environment and wonderful customer experience. I will only ever get my insurance my Patricia, as she really knows her stuff. She is extremely nice and not only was she able to save me money on my car insurance, but it is way better than what I had before. If you need insurance, you better be going to see Patricia at Desjardins Amherstburg.

I've been with Desjardins for 2+ years now, they offered me the lowest car insurance ( savings approx. 500$/year compared to my prior broker) I called recently and spoke with Trish. She is friendly and very informative. She got back to me right away, called when she promised, answered my questions and even helped me get more savings. Trish - I know you are reading this, Tim too actually - Trish deserves a large bonus for doing all that she does. 🙂

We had been with Desjardins for years with no agents. A couple years ago they went online only. I thought it over & decided we should have someone to talk to us about our coverage. I Googled to see where Agents were & the 1st one was Tim Matlock in Amherstburg. I called his cell & he answered & said that he was with a client & to call his office & talk to Trish. We then set up a date to go to their office & meet face to face. Well we were 110% glad that we did. We were soooo satisfied with the results that we have passed their names & numbers around to a lot of people. Whenever we are around that area we stop in & say hi to our new long lost friends. Definatley won't be looking anywhere else for an agent or pricing around.
