Stopped to buy some muffins that they make for September (a fall special & family favorite) The store has been redone to make pizzas. The staff as always is very helpful in getting your order served. The store has been improved with new paint and decorations. I really like the new venue board. It makes it easy to make you choices

The new owner of the local Tim Hortons took maple dip donuts off the menu. 🙁 , a true Canadian classic! But they still make a nice breakfast sandwich in the dark roast coffee is delish. Prices are still pretty fair too, as compared to other options.

Here’s the thing. I wanted a small coffee, black; but in the time between walking in and ordering, something happened and I went for a medium coffee, black instead.
Well, despite the internal to-do, it all worked out. I was directed to the order taker, he took my order, got me my coffee, told me to have a good day and sent me on my way.
The coffee was piping hot, just the way it should be, and I truly enjoyed those first few sips.

I spend alot of money at Timmies Staff has gotten to know me and they are all very friendly I enjoy seeing them on a daily Devon the Store Manager always has the store running so smoothly with minimal wait times in drive-thru He is awesome Haliburton Tim Hortons is the place to be

Have had the worst experience with them over last few months.
First time a few months back I asked for a Carmel ice cap they gave me a caramel iced coffee, I didn’t bother to say anything cause I know what working in the food industry is like. This had happened three times and on the 3rd I finally corrected them and let them know that they had been messing up my orders. They apologized and said since renovations things have been busy. I said I understood and that’s why I hadn’t bothered to say anything until the 3rd time as I understand the food industry. Well not even a week goes by and me and my bf go in and order a chicken and Parmesan pizza and we get home and it’s a pepperoni….so I drive all the way back and let them know. They just laughed and apologized as if it was nothing and was funny to them. They fixed my order and got the proper order after a 15 min wait.
Then not even two days later same thing with ice cap happend. I ordered a Carmel ice cap and got the caramilk ones. Not only that they tried to hand me a Carmel iced coffee and I had to correct them this was the 4th time they tried doing this after I’ve already corrected them once. Anyways after leaving and tasting it I realized it was wrong ice cap AGAIN. I called and they told me to come in and they would make them for free. When I went in Kathy tried to give me a hard time and tell me I need to triple check my order, once at drive trough once at window and once I get it. I told her I do and it’s still messed up somehow. She then got upset and said she couldn’t do anything, as she was saying that another girl I had talked to on the phone told her to give me the free ice caps due to the mess up the day before.

Today. Me and the bf went in and orders ice caps well…. The try and hand us ice coffees, this is ridiculous!!

Very poor service I can't understand any of the foreign workers they only speak there language. Not ro mention that your left waiting for your order for about a half hour because majority of the staff expect for a select few don't know how to do there job
