If you have the chance to stay at the Viking Inn, don’t hesitate! This is our second time staying with our hockey team this year, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The lobby is spacious and modern, and the rooms are updated, bright, and exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast is top-notch, featuring fresh fruit, a great selection of bread and cereals, quality coffee, and a variety of fresh juices. From the friendly staff to the modern amenities, everything about the Viking Inn is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I seldom leave a review, but was so impressed by this small town hotel! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the lobby and rooms were newly renovated; very clean, with new linens, mattresses, etc., and a big screen TV, with lots of channel selection. The continental breakfast was basic, but was nice to be included!
The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was that there was no small table inside the rooms with coffee maker, no closet rods to hang coats, etc; obviously due to still being renovated.

Stayed the night here on our travels. It looks like the hotel has undergone some great renovations. The small complementary breakfast was great as well. It was a good quiet place to stay for the night. My only two things I could say are the satellite was going in and out all night and couldnt keep a signal, also the walls in the rooms could use some art as they feel very empty.

Good place to stay, especially on a budget. I would recommend!

I recently stayed at the Viking Inn and was blown away by the transformation! The new owners have done a complete renovation, and the result is incredible. The hotel is spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. What really stood out was the included breakfast – in a small town like this, it's a huge help when trying to feed the kids before a hockey game. The staff was also so welcoming and kind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Viking Inn to anyone visiting the area. It's clear that the new management truly cares about their guests' experience!

This hotel just reopened in February 2024. It seems like they are doing ongoing renovations and you can see their vision. Very basic self serve contental breakfast. Rooms were clean, partially renovated. No two rooms were the same. Some were laid out logically. Some only had one outlet. One of our parties rooms lost heat and were only able to augment with space heaters. The potential is difinatley there and I hope the owners get there. Price was OK fit what you got

Great small town inn. Stayed there with my family and some team mates and their families. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They really cared that our group enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated.

The rooms are newly renovated with brand new bedding and pillows. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Small breakfast served in an open large eating area. The 24 hour access to the kitchen area made it feel very comfortable and inviting.
