I decided to use an insurance broker to shop the market for me, rather than trying to navigate things on my own. I used the folks at The Standard based on their client reviews and testimonials I saw online. It was, as the numerous reviews indicated, a very positive experience. The staff their were friendly, efficient and professional. Christine found me a provider that met my needs quickly and everything was handled in short order. The personal service, actually talking to a human, both on the phone and in face to face encounters is so much better than dealing with an online only entity would have been worth paying a premium, however, it actually saved me money over that option. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future insurance needs and would recommend that anyone shopping for the best insurance option to do the same.

I just need to say a big big thanks to my broker Johnathan Verge he has been so amazing and helpful throughout the process of getting insurance on my vehicle again!! I'm so so glad I went through them instead of my old one because I found out that my old insurance company filled out the paperwork wrong, amount other things!! But glad it happened or I wouldn't of ended up with Standard!!!! I highly recommend Johnathan!! He was so fast and helpful!! And definitely made it happen the day of!!!
