We made a late reservation on line that they had to scramble to honour. We got a free upgrade to a room that was just fabulous. The hot breakfast was delicious. We found the staff to be very friendly & informative about local happenings. The wandering peacocks were a sight to see as was the whole quaint little town. The people we encountered in other businesses were all exceedingly happy, kind & efficient. My only advice would be go early as most of the town shutters up between 6 & 8 pm. For a small town this Hotel was 5 Star

This was the best service that I have received at a Hotel in years if not the best ever.
We had are awesome dog with us on this trip. When we arrived the gal at the front desk Echo, greeted us and had 2 dog bowls with treats for us. She recommend a leash free park near by for us. We inquired about doggy daycare, which she went out of her way to provide a list of services which she personally vouched for. There was a bakery across the street and a co-op. Everything was within walking distance. 49 degree cafe was awesome, the Woodf ire deli pizza place was great too with awesome staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Souris Hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The split bed design was nice for a couple when one wants to sleep and the other prefers to stay up. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was advertised as continental breakfast. There is a wonderful bakery across the street that makes up for any missing calories in the morning! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location in town. Friendly staff and clean. Good breakfast with hot porridge and lots of coffee. Tony was great to work with as we also needed the King Edward Room a couple of days for family gatherings. Thank you.

The Souris Hotel was pristine and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were dreamy. They also welcomed my wee doggie with open arms. See you next year.

The rooms are nice and big and set up with 2 separate sleeping areas with 2 queen beds. Very nice and friendly staff. There were 12 of us and we were able to gather in the breakfast area in the evening. Was an overall great experience!

Everything was top-notch! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Very good value for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean place . No soap or shampoo in the rooms. Continental breakfast sucked.
Gruel served in a community pot? Dairy products are locked up and guests have to ask for everything in the fridge.
Would have to stay again but only because the other hotels are worse.
