Marissa and the whole Smitty & Mac team were a pleasure to work with in the concurrent purchase and sale of our homes. Marissa was always responsive and patient with my many questions and taking us to view a ton of listings before we found the perfect match. If Marissa happened to be detained one of the other team members was there for us. There was no pressure tactics and we truly felt our best interests were always at heart. Brad and Marissa went above and beyond for both the sale and purchase of our new home. We could not have asked for better realtors.
