Here at the Simple Rent Pooled Ponzi Company we search all of Ontario to find the worst, most run down rental units so we can buy them as cheaply as possible. We convert them to condos, double the price, and then sell them to stupid people who don't even bother to look at the condition or location. Got bed bugs, we don't care, cockroaches, we consider them house pets. We just continue to grind out the rent from poor seniors and new immigrants. My god people just do 5 minutes of research before you hand over your money to these people !! This is Not Investment real estate AT ALL !!!

Uses right turning lane on hwy 27 & rutherford to then swing into the main thru traffic lanes yo get around people using work truck. Do not recommend. They may cause an accident one day and then die with your investments. Be careful when driving around this company vehicle, especially at this intersection. I've seen them almost cause an accident 3 times now doing this, 3 mornings in a row.

The Simple investor is the best company if you would like to start investing in real estate. Their seminars are very useful to understand the concept of growing your portfolio.
They also help you to get good mortgage rates, which is important especially these days when the prime rate is high.
My wife and I purchased our first rental property in July of 2023 and the second in March of 2024. Everything goes smoothly as promised.

The Simple Investor do just what they say. They make real estate investment simple. Real Estate investment has been my most profitable investment over my lifetime. I have owned units where I have had to deal with tenants, repairs, rent collection etc. myself. Sometimes those issues can become a pain as well as time consuming. We all have heard of the horror stories. Well the Simple Investor looks after all of that. You own the rental property but you do not have to deal with the tenants in any way. The Simple Investor obtains the tenants and deals with all issues including statute allowed rent increases. If your unit is vacant because the tenant moved out, you do not know that but you still get your monthly rent. This is truly hassle free real estate investing.
