Just wanted to give people a heads up that the salesperson that works at this dealership named Jason is far from professional and not concise and clear about the vehicles and contracts that he prepares for clients, car was dirty , half talk of gas and the salesperson wasn’t even there to deliver the car! Shows how much he only cares about comission and nothing else. The only good part of this business is John the gentleman who works at administration/reciptionist from my understanding, he’s professional and down to earth unlike the horrible presentation of sales person they have working at this company. 1/10 experience.

*BUYER BEWARE*

I recently bought a car from Jason (the owner), just shy of $7500.

My 3 issues:

1- ABS warning light lit on dashboard: Jason tells me that he can't get
the car safetied in Quebec due to COVID-19, but not to worry, the problem
was fixed and the light will go away when the computer is reset during my
own out of province inspection.

WRONG! ABS sensor is new, but wires are nowhere to be found to connect it
AND, the electronic module feeding the wires is fried. Total bill after the
fact: $5502

2- CAR KEY: Master key missing when I bought the car. Jason tells me
it's a simple fix, they're cheap and he'll send one to me by mail.

WRONG! Not cheap, and Jason has yet to send one to me. No longer replies to
my emails, phone calls or messages. Total Bill after the fact: $380

3- WHEELS: Wheels from the advertisement and the actual wheels on the
car I purchased were different. When I arrived to take possession, the car
was gone. When it returned, I noticed the damaged wheels and Jason said "I
installed new tires on your car". He deflected my question. In the end, I
bought the car anyway as I had driven 6 hours to pick it up, and it was
still the type I wanted. The overall experience has however been negative,
with near $5900 in repairs to legally put in on the road.

These are FACTS, not an opinion on the dealership or the owner/salesperson.
Jason was nice and friendly, but ultimately, I believe the transaction was
done in bad faith. I also believe that it's not too late for Jason to do the
right thing...

Response from the buyer

My apologies if Jason is not the owner.
The wheels on the car you see on my picture was your advertisement. Then I took a picture of the same wheel (rear, fuel cap side) at my house. Not the same CONDITION. what happened, outdated picture? All of my wheels are like that.
Jason told me the ABS was fixed. NOT TRUE. There was no wires to connect the ABS back there, hence my $5502 bill with Audi. Someone at your business was obviously aware of that since they couldn't connect the sensor. NOT FIXED as stated by Jason.
The promised key never showed up. Where is the key that Jason promised?
As the owner, I would expect that you would respect the customers a little more by checking facts with your employees before you respond to reviews. I think Jason may have some explaining to do if you bring these points to him.

The decision to buy the car was mine, on the premise that the ABS was fixed. The key was offered to me by Jason.
BTW, Jason has still not answered my emails and messages regarding the car key...

Went to look at a 2009 jeep. Pictures in the ad online looked great. It was extremely overpriced ($22,995) for the jank wiring job on the winch and light bar, cosmetic defects, rough interior, and very rusty undercarriage. Asked why the price was so steep on a 12 year old vehicle with a four speed transmission and was told "that's what they sell for these days". The entire sales experience was very one sided, so thanks, but no thanks, I'll spend that amount of money on something newer with a faster transmission.

Edit to respond:

The lack of discretion regarding the condition of the vehicle is what warranted your bad review, love. I'm sure your cameras do not provide audio, not that there would be much to hear, as your salesperson didn't have much to offer, but watching someone inspect your vehicle while your salesperson stands around and gives no information for the investment they're trying to sell does not make the transaction polite.

Nothing stated in my review was untrue, the vehicle is not in great condition, making your advertisement for it misleading and incorrect.

Furthermore, from a professional stand point, I would advise the discontinuation of responding to reviews in this fashion, as you are proving all the accusations of unprofessionalism to be very true.

Edit to update:

Just picked up a 2018 Wrangler from Capital Dodge. That's correct, it's nine years newer, and it sure did come with a faster transmission. It cost me $34000 (which is what a vehicle of that year and condition actually sells for), and can you believe, they didn't give me a discount and I left them a five star review. Maybe you shouldn't accuse potential customers of being cheap and actually list your vehicles in the correct condition.

Capital Dodge in the Palladium Auto Park has great service and will work their hardest to get you the best possible deal. They even put brand new mud tires on it for me, funny how far a little customer service can get you! I highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Great cars great people bought both of my daughters their 2nd cars and cant say enough about how easy they are to deal with before and after sale.
The 1st car was a 2009 BMW 328 in July 2019 and had a glitch after 2 months and they fixed it no issue. Just bought my other daughter an Audi A4 and feel confident I have a dealer that wants to make sure your happy!

Drove all the way from Richmond Hill twice to purchase used vehicle from them. The communication in the beginning was decent. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was basically handed the key and goodbye. I had 400km drive home. Only to find out after 5km that the AC is not working, and after 30min into the drive the engine started to over heat. And the cherry on the cake is the transmission is making noises. I am not disappointed from the issues, it is a used vehicle and everything is fixable. I am disappointed that I massaged and tried to contact the dealership and they 1000% ghosting me. Ended up towing the vehicle 300km home (expensive) and now the fixing quotation is approximately $6,000. Sense that day, the car is sitting in the garage until I be able to afford fixing it.

Do yourself a favor. Go to another dealership. Better to go to a known name that will back their product if needed.

In the case of this dealership "the leasing company"
Just go somewhere else. They will not help you when you need them.

As soon as I got off the lot every thing was great however in 2 days got a oil light the car is burning oil crazy, not just oil but had to change spark plugs and coils because car gave multiple misfire on highway in first 300 kms. Tires are from 2015 and has cracks on them. Idk how it passed safety anyways. Now need a engine rings rebuild and chain replacement. Thanks dude 10k repair for a 15 k car.

Wish there was a zero star option because one star is far too generous. Anybody thinking about getting a vehicle through these guys should run for the hills as fast as humanly possible. They claim they're credited with the BBB, turns out they're not even registered and just FYI people, if you read the comments on here of people saying they bought a vehicle, had issues immediately this company knows they have 36 days they will run you around In circles to stall you until that time frame has passed. Unfortunately this is the kind of society we live in folks. You might expect something like this when buying private and honestly you would be better off. If anyone is investigating this companies reviews thinking about buying a vehicle from them I urge you to reconsider. Any good reviews you might read for this place are more than likely planted because I doubt anybody has ever had a "good" experience. Once they've told you you've caused them grief and inconvenience and that any issues are your problem now, the customer is always wrong here. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
