I have taken 2 of the free financial literacy classes and have really enjoyed them. It never hurts to gather information and opinions from various sources en route to your financial literacy. Mark is an energetic presenter with tons of knowledge to share and a real passion to do so. He is transparent with the fact that he offers investment services as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to increase their financial IQ.

I lost money which was for my child's education investment because Mark simply missed the memo from the financial institution that the fund wasn't managed anymore by portfolio managers. As a result, the fund wasn't performing for a good 3 years.
You have handful of clients and can't keep up with them!? I am writing this with a huge disappointment.

They recently helped me convert an old mortgage insurance, which I had set up through my bank, into a life insurance. The new product is clearly superior to what I had before. The agent I dealt with, Mark, was professional at all times, and he was very responsive to my needs and to all my requests (of which I had many). He replied to all of them fully and in short delays. Thus I am very satisfied with my experience.

This company is horrible, a standard "sells" company.
I was with them and couldn't ever get responses from anyone on my demands. When you take the time to send out an email and a letter requesting an answer. It's horrible customer service to not even respond at all !!!!

Their "free" informative sessions are basically just employee's practicing their sales pitch to get people in so they can sell you on products. There is nothing free in life. All reviews are written by friends and family members..so don't be fooled !!!
If I can give some advice, you don't need to waste your time on this place. After being ignored I went elsewhere and got better rates..because bigger volume companies gets you much better rates than this small company.
I would highly recommend AGAINST this place. People who claim they simply want to help..well what that means is they want to help themselves to your money

Mark Traunero is an eloquent speakier who really knows his stuff. I really learn a lot from his financial literacy classes. Also Rene Marshall is very knowlegeable.
