Had a claim with them due to car thief. Within 1.5 hour of my first call with them my case was open and my rental was ready for me. The offer they made me on the amount to replace my car was more then fair. It took about 1.5 month to close my case and received the money, keeping in mind that there is a waiting period once in case they find your car back before they issue the check.

Changed home insurance policy without notifying me and charged me $100 to change the policy when I didn't ask for it, charging me more and changing my policy to an inferior policy and not telling me until after the due date claiming I now owe them interest on a made up "fee". They then cancelled my insurance and kept my money since I paid for a full year. DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Avoid at all costs. This company made a claim on my behalf without my consent. This resulted in a claim being on my file and my insurance costs almost doubling. They are a pain to deal with and can never give you a clear answer when asked a direct question. They definitely do not work for your benefit and will do whatever it takes to get more money out of a situation. They will not protect you or even listen to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst company. Had an accident that was claimed 0% fault mlby police. I felt like they weren't on my side from day one. Waste of money and and time. They did absolutely nothing to help me nor did they show any initiative to help me. Do NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM. SCAMMERS 100% BBB SHOULD BE REVOKED

I was reading other reviews about how bad they have dealt with claims and response times on time sensitive situations.. I personally haven’t had same experiences but does not surprise me at all.
I’m not sure how their support system works but I have had plenty of terrible experiences with their customer service and how they choose to talk with their customers/clients. I feel like if people are calling because they have questions it’s because they don’t understand or are genuinely curious. It has been a frequent thing for them to talk down to you or make you feel stupid for not knowing.

If you feel like this is your only or best option do yourself a favour and keep looking.

I am paying 247$ a month which is too expensive I had insurance before and got it for way cheaper and i even checked other companies now they are still way cheaper . i called to cancel today because i will be selling my car since cant afford it anymore they tell me i have to pay cancellation fee of 247!!!!!! plus they will still take monthly payment and if they owe me anything they do a refund. worst insurance company ever and very unfair

Trash company. Made one claim in 4 years and they dropped insurance for our home and investment property. Consumer beware. They do not have your backs. Look elsewhere.

If I could give no star, I would. SRAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!
Everything is ok until you have an issue and a claim. Then you begin the dreadful process of trying to get service from them. They are extremely unprofessional, there's no follow up, they do not answer the phones or emails and you are left in the dark with no one from their team making themselves accountable for your case. I'm my case, my car was stolen. So believe me when I tell you that this is not a company deserving of your trust and money. They are not cheap and the service is really one of the worst out there. Please do yourself a kindness and take your business elsewhere.
