I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your service department. I had booked an appointment online four days in advance and received an email confirmation. Based on that, I took time off work and arrived at the dealership on the scheduled day—only to be told that no appointment had been made for me.

The issue, I was told, is that your team doesn’t perform AC diagnostics on Fridays or weekends. That’s understandable—but why was my appointment accepted in the first place? A simple rejection or a courtesy call to clarify would have saved me the trouble. Now I’m forced to take yet another day off just to try again, hoping it won’t be a repeat of this frustrating experience.

To make matters worse, the staff member at the check-in bay showed little regard for customer service. Rather than offering an apology or acknowledging the confusion, he simply stated the policy and implied that the mistake was mine for trusting the confirmation email. That kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone representing your dealership.

This experience has left me questioning whether your team values its customers at all. I expected better communication and basic courtesy—neither of which I received. At this point, I’m not inclined to give your dealership a second chance.

What an amazing experience! My fiance and I just purchased a grey 2021 Honda civic hatchback sport touring, from beginning to end the Honda Milton team have exceeded our expectations and I definitely recommend going there to get your next vehicle. Special thanks to Nikhil who handled the sale and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just the way we wanted it to be, he sent a personalized video of the car since we lived 4.5hrs+ away and we had been looking for this specific car. From negotiating on prices, to answering all our inquiries, his customer service skills were amazing and made it extremely easy for us to come to a decision on the car. When we got to the dealership Shawn kept us great company while waiting to see the car, Rodney the finance manager was incredible and made sure that we received the car the SAME day that we went to test drive it as we had a 4.5hrs drive back home! The sales manager Grant was also very welcoming and made sure that everything went smoothly, we had everything signed and the car was ready to go within 3hrs of arrival, absolutely mind blowing, they listened and delivered, I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership, keep up the good work! Very satisfied customer 🙂

Couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at Team Honda of Milton. Sales experience was smooth and honest and the customer service when we experienced an issue was significantly above expectations. Great work team! Nick was our sales guy and was a straight shooter. Grant was the salea manager who took care of the issue like an absolute customer service professional. And all this when buying a used vehicle.

Al Kanji in the Service Department is efficient and extremely helpful whether it be scheduling an appointment or providing a ride share back to my home. Louis is an excellent mechanic. He will explain to me what the issues are with my car and always takes care when repairing it. This is why I keep coming back after all these years.

My Salesman was Shivam and he did a great job getting me the best price for my trade in and getting me a great price on a new 2025 Honda Civic Si. He was able to get me on road within 4 days of meeting me also and keep me updated with pictures of my newly washed and detailed car and accommodated to push my delivery earlier than expected.

Had an oil change booked in for 11:00am. My vehicle is lowered so I was told it was going to be done on the alightment rack as nobody wanted to jack the vehicle up to slide the lift arms underneath which had been done for many years with no issues ever since I've brought my vehicle there for any type of service. Watched my vehicle sit for 3 hours while they continued to working on other appointments that were booked in after me. Overheard one of the techs as I proceeded to leave since I could no longer wait and watch them bypass my appointment say to "go back to Mr Lube". I will no longer be visiting this dealership.

Funny how I've been coming to that dealership for all my services since 2022 when I first lowered my vehicle at your dealership by your techs with no issues, and all of a sudden it could not be accommodated on the same lifts and alightment rack. See attached photo from May 14th 2022 🙂 The "decision made" certainly was not made aware to me after waiting for 3 hours.
