They didn't fully fix my vehicle after an accident. Just said sorry nothing they can do. Actually told me to go and buy a car battery and try putting it in myself when it was something they should have done at the shop . The auto body shop said it was supposed to be a write-off but they decided to try and fix it. So now I'm left with an unreliable vehicle . Also, have been waiting 6 months to get paid back from the chiropractor and physio visits. They are now ignoring me. They did have really good rates that's why we went with them for the last 15 years. Now when we actually need them to take care of us because we were in an accident, we see how truly bad this company is. I would hate to have to deal with them with an accident or something in our house.

Dealing with an unfair adjuster not only caused delays and stress, but also left me feeling unheard and unprotected as a policyholder. Insurance is supposed to provide security, but my experience felt more like a battle. Very disappointing seeing an adjuster doesn't deal properly on the case.

Check the final invoice after you have collision repairs done. Don’t just pay the deductible. If there is an error on the total amount then it gets reported to carfax with that error. Took three weeks to correct an error that subsequently reduced the value of the vehicle when it was sold even after the error was corrected.

So expensive paying way too much for house insurance and car. women on the phone gave me attitude when setting up my stuff because I could hear what she said because she had a thick accent? Hate hate hate hate hate. Thanks for making everything so unreasonably expensive

Worst place to get your car fixed. You can expect many alignment issues after the work is done on your vehicle and they don`t take responsibility for that (easily explanation that they provide is "it was not the part of accident"). Very unorganized staff, nobody has idea about what`s going on. They changed my claims advisor 3 times and it was really hard to bring them on the same page where the previous advisor has left things.
Dealing with these guys felt like they were doing a big favor for us. Also, forget about follow ups and customer service, this out of syllabus for them.
