I went to this branch last week for depositing the money then teller Kamal helped me and advised me the best account types for me and during the conversation she told me about the first home buyer account then I liked that and opened a account first home buyer it would be helpful when we buy a home for us. I recommend her to everyone. She is sweet and polite.

This branch's 2nd door entry is narrow and was difficult to navigate with an electric wheelchair, as well their is no receptionist to advise you have arrived for your appointment, nor an offer of beverages for clientele that have scheduled appointments with a rep in their office.

The worst TD branch I have ever seen, unprofessional stuff treating clients with no respect, giving no reasons not even proper discussion, I regret I didn’t get the name of the guy who needs more training while dealing with clients ( wearing turban and glasses I guess he is a team lead there) I just didn’t have enough time to talk to the branch’s director about the worst experience there. I had a check to deposit just a there was no mistakes the guy didn’t even explain why he refused to accept the check just kept repeating in a rude manner pointing to the check( tell him to call) I kept saying who? And what s the reason? he just stared at me and kept the same sentence( rude manner). The funny part is when I went to a different TD branch same time I was served nicely and we were able to deposit the check with a great and professional teller. Unfortunately with the worst experience at the 17st branch I fed up so myself and my family members planing to close our accounts and go to a more reliable and professional bank.

Branch manager is very unprofessional in her manor towards TD clients. Openly talks about clients in front of other clients to staff, in a demeaning or insulting manor. Highly recommend some sensitivity and professionalism training. Staff are great and very kind, it’s unfortunate because it definitely makes the atmosphere unwelcoming having her behind the counter.

I have booked an appointment for 3:30 pm on a Friday and I was there on time. I asked the teller that I have an appointment with "Kanika Khurana" and she said she will notify her and asked me to wait. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out. I sent an email to the person I was meeting and she never replied. I checked with Teller again and she had no update either. I waited until 4 pm and then left. No communication, no follow up, nothing was done. Very unprofessional approach. This experience tells me that for this person their own time is more important than their customers. How long does it take to send a quick email if you are running late or even reply to my email. Will not be booking anything at this branch.

I've been with TD since it took over Canada Trust, this thing about having to check in is a serious over infringement. My bank does not need to track me more than they already do. If I didn't have a mortgage here I'd switch.

Never ever had any issues with this bank up to the moment when one of the employees made a serious mistake which caused me a lot of headache and stress. When I started digging into the problem and figured out it was the bank's mistake, its manager was so unprofessional and unfriendly that it just added to the headache. Instead of apologizing and trying to solve the problem, he was washing off his hands blaming me for not checking what the employee was doing. Seriously? I had to check if the employee did her job correctly? It's HER job she gets paid, right? Anyways, I try to avoid this branch since that time. Do NOT recommend its "service" at all.
