Tried to withdraw money for 3 weeks now (cash) & TD refuses to give me my money. 2 teller's promised me I can take $ out today but bank didn't have my money available! This may become a lawsuit...TD is not being nice about either...giving me attitude! Any suggestions? I am tired of this fight with TD to get my $ back.you. I guess I will need to speak to lawyer?

Amazing service and a lot of people working at the teller and even the manager is even working with her staff, great customer service. Dominica and Roaa are kill it! They need a promotion!

I've been using this branch for years and up until this year I was happy. Now I will be switching locations to see if the service improves.

Business banking this year has been terrible. They have a revolving door of unqualified people. There is no support or follow ups.

Working with Chloe was terrible. She ignored phone calls and emails. It took almost 5 months to perform credit card changes. All the while I'm getting ignored. I had to reach out to the manager twice and still nothing was resolved.

There is no communication or follow up. They are not supporting their business clients and do not value our business. It is now awkward for me to be in the branch and I will not be going back.

The front staff is great. No complaints for them.

Today I go in to get a new bank card because it stopped working, it wouldn't two half the time. So I go in on my lunch break and the teller asked me for my phone number and asked for id then sends me a text for authentication which I gave her the number and she said hold on I have to get the branch manager...I said ok I'm on the phone with my husband and the manager comes up says get off your phone I'm going to ask you questions you can't be on your phone because you can be asking them for information I legit just showed I'd that is me and gave you everything else. She was so rude and disrespectful to me as a customer, then proceeded to say if you don't have any your bank card come back. Legit worst customer service EVER I never have issues here

My fiancé and I just went to the bank to get bank drafts to put pay the down payment for our first home. We were assisted by Chloe Schroeder. SHE IS AMAZING. She was super friendly, asked us about our home, shared her experiences, gave us advice, and of course helped us with the transaction. She was also very patient as I didn’t really know what I was doing. I simply gave her my phone with the info and she took over from there. She is now part of our first home purchase journey and we couldn’t be more grateful. She really made our day. Merry Christmas Chloe 🙂

Wow horrible! And very RUDE

Two of the tellers wore the same outfits!?

6pm July 14 at Bell's Corners TD.

The tellers were on the phone while the customers were lined up? I was unfortunately one of them. Her wicket was open, she did not greet me but literally ignored my presence.
She actually sat there for 15 minutes with a phone in her ear blankly staring at the window while 5 people were in line? Not even acknowledged a customer was there!

Since when do tellers ignore clients at the bank to take phone calls or to make phone calls?

Must be a new thing.

Then the only other teller available tells the other person that had been sitting there for who knows how long, that "she's on the phone (the person she spoke down to was black) I feel the teller discriminated against her.

I have never seen the likes of this in all my life

These reviews are not lying. I was going to call the branch manager but what for. Went in for an investment appointment with "Chloe" it started off bad by her telling me I didn't let anyone know I was there (which I did) 15 minutes later I get walked into Chloe's office who was very unprofessional, degrading and continuously cut me off when asking questions about my "small" investments that I was supposed to have the answers to. She was not helpful at all, she would ask a question, then cut me off and degrade me when I am answered. If I knew her answers I wouldn't have made the appointment right? Then she proceeds to tell me my licence is expired, I had to look around to see if I was at service Ontario or TD Bank. Then she still proceeded to ask if they sent out a renewal. Really?
Anyway I wrote way to much, I did finally asked her, her opinion about bettering my investments she asked me how was she supposed to know"she didn't know my lifestyle" my whole day was runied because of this expensive experience.i just walked out.
I have been banking for years and I have never come across such a rude, unprofessional person. Avoid this branch like the plauge and take your money elsewhere!

Don't work with Joshua Faigan. Dishonest, horrible at communicating and keeping you in the loop. does not answer emails or telephone calls. I had to call the Branch manager several times, who had to force him to take my calls. He tries to push the Banks agenda rather than giving you options for you to choose what you want. He had 1.5 month to get me a mortgage before the closing date and failed to do so, he was extremely resistant to give me or lower variable rates altogether. He bought as much time as possible to push me into a fixed rate to the point I could not get a variable rate on time to meet the closing date. This was a very stressful experience and will never deal with these ppl again. I tried talking to Rejine Verdon (the Branch Manager) but all she could do is get me in touch with Joshua.

Update 2020/04/22 I managed to work with another Advisor Stephanie Melbourne who was great at listening to what I wanted and set me up with a variable rate at which today I am pleased to have taken. I now understand why Mr. Faigan want to push that fixed rate onto me. The above rating is my experience with Mr. Faigan. Working with Stephanie was a great experience
