I’ve been with Tanner Insurance for over 20 years, and overall, my experience has been great. Linda, in particular, has been amazing and provides excellent customer service. She’s always professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help.However, this year I’ve faced some delays in getting a new insurance quote after my rates increased significantly. I’ve been waiting for over a month, which has been a bit frustrating. That said, Linda has promised to resolve this, and I and I’m hopeful they’ll get back on track soon. Thanks to Linda for her outstanding service.

Initially they got me pretty good rates for car insurance but when the renewal came they increased the price for ear car by 50 bucks extra.

I do not recommend this company. Make sure you shop around rather then trusting them for your renewal process
