Horrible phone service. Only operate during business hours until 5 pm any issues with online service has to wait until next day and then of course operator are all busy
Leave a message that isn’t returned.
Bank else where if you can or if you only do walk in business not consumer online friendly
Update: after leaving a scathing voice message i received a call from the branch the next morning . A very helpful employee was able to provide me the information to get me back online.
Problem solved.
Ps they are very good at what they do solving b lending issues.

Tandia really is banking done differently. Recently, I had a mix-up with a cheque I had written; Dee, from my local Milton branch, reached out to me and helped me get to the bottom of it. I really appreciated her care and concern for the issue. She efficiently took care of the problem for me. Witnessed a little girl being sick today.
In Milton Tandia Branch
And a very rude Branch Manager told the mom to clean the floor with 3 lysol wipes and the very nice teller that was helping her to stop helping her. That poor embarrassed mom.
I think we all should protest this Branch until the Manager moves on.
