Rude and terrible service was told over the phone she didn’t have time to help me with a very simple request. I have 2 vehicles insured here and won’t be coming back now.

Very handy that they're open on Saturday, they were also very efficient at what they do.
We did receive everything we needed, but.

The 2 star less is because of the grumpy/unpleasant service.
The lady who served us from the 2 people in that day didn't make us feel like coming back, instead next time we'll go to a different auto plan agent.
A smile and friendly customer service goes a long way.

We are so happy with Talbot insurance. We work with Rachel and she is friendly, very prompt and provides excellent communication. Talbot offers affordable liability insurance and tenant insurance.
