I've been using Sword for my auto and renters insurance for almost one year. I've had to call a few times as I've moved twice and bought a new vehicle. I worked for a large insurance company years ago, and clients were just numbers. No individual client mattered. All that mattered was that the money came in.

What I love about Sword Insurance is that it honestly feels like I'm talking to a friend whenever I need to call in. Kim is warm, friendly, engaging, and he interacts with me like I'm a human being - something so many businesses fail to do. It does not feel like a business transaction at all. The customer service with Sword Insurance is bar none.

Not to mention the rates. I shopped around and I was unable to find anywhere that even came close to what I pay at Sword. Even if the rates were high - which they are NOT - I would still stick with Sword simply because it's so obvious they value the individual. That can't be bought.

I cannot recommend Sword Insurance enough.

I have been dealing with sword insurance for years now sometimes I talk to them more in a month than my own family I'm constantly switching vehicles selling Vehicles buy new vehicles and everybody in the office makes it so easy to deal with they're just a phone call away and help me with all my needs all the time fantastic place to do business I would highly recommend for insurance

I have been a customer for close to 15 years and that means nothing for the staff here. If you want slightly more expensive coverage and absolutely NOTHING more this is the place. If you're looking for a broker that will actually work with you then I'd look around, there are a lot better agencies with more caring staff in St Albert even just down the street.
