I was with another brokerage for a number of years and I just knew that over time they took me for granted. I reached out to SWB and Aynsley was quick to make me feel at home and quote me on my new policy. My old company called me up to wonder why I cancelled (I only ever heard from them in the past when they wanted to sell me things) I was told that my insurance was not categorized right (business and not personal) and I could get a lower rate. But, a caring brokerage that understands their customer would have caught that years ago. Aynsley walked me through my application and saved me a lot of money. I also respect how engaged they are in the community and we should reward those companies back with our patronage.

I was with this broker since 2011, had a few minor mistakes that were fixed, until 2021. I bought a new car in the spring of of 2021 when I went to insure the new car, told them NOT to cancel the insurance on my current vehicle until I have sold it. They wrote back saying fine just to let them know when it had been sold. 6 weeks later I found out they had canceled the insurance on the car and I had been driving with no insurance. I would never use the brokerage again.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Since being with this company they have screwed up our paperwork from day one, and I have had to contact them numerous times to get the paperwork corrected. Recently I tried to cancel my RV policy early and Mandy Law had no clue what she was doing. Then I had to keep calling to try to get my refund - and I'm still waiting, for over a month!!! I'm glad (and fortunate) no claim had to be settled because I probably woudn't have received the funds to settle the claim without fighting!

After informing and sending in the forms that I was going to be canceling my car insurance I was still charged for another month. Once informing the person helping me in October 2017 I finally got my reimbursement on March 7, 2018. If you want people to not care this is the place for you.

I was with this company for more than 10 years. The only time they tried to get me a lower insurance was when I canceled. I retired 2 years ago and they told me after 6 months I could get a reduction. Called for the forms and and they informed me I had to wait till I turned 65. The story always seem to change. Would not recommend this company at all.

Best insurance broker. One of their brokers, Mandy, reviewed my car insurance and found an even cheaper quote with same coverage. I have been with SWB for over 30 yrs and have always had excellent service.

I was with this company for 7 years never had a ticket and when I bought brand new CRV they raised my insurance and then when telling them I moved to TO they raised it over 100 more.
Changed insurance company to CAA and paying less then I did 7 years ago.
Do your research before going with a company that over charges you !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER! They admitted to failing to make me aware of an issue on my driving record that they are obligated to do so by law then when I made a claim they stated no coverage will be given but I was given coverage by the insurance company when I called them direct. Smith Williams & Bateman does nothing but collect money and does not follow proper insurance procedures!
