Just stopped into Suzanne’s only 10 minutes before closing today. Even though it was closing time- Jen was so helpful and accommodating for myself and another woman. She was cheerful, helpful and professional. Loved my purchases and the experience!

Kelowna Suzanne’s is my favourite go to clothing store to shop at. The staff are always so friendly & helpful. I think this is what keeps me coming back time after time. Also the fact that there are always items on sale. Who doesn’t love a good sale! Keep up the good work ladies!

I had such a wonderful shopping experience at Suzannes in Kelowna recently! As soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by the manager, Liz, who made me feel right at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about fashion and helped me pick out a sweater that I absolutely love. I really appreciated her styling tips on how to dress it up or keep it casual—so helpful! The store itself was beautifully laid out with eye-catching displays, making it easy to browse. A big thank you to Liz for her kindness and expertise! I’ll definitely be back. 😊

Always a fun and pleasant experience at every Suzanne’s I’ve ever been to ! I always find what I’m looking for and more, I love the brands they have, such quality and style. I don’t know the name of the lady that served me but she made me feel so welcome like a friend the moment I walked in the store.

Louise was absolutely fabulous on my visit at the kelowna store today. She helped me find a new outfit! I loved her suggestion on a new sweater and I felt confident with my purchase of jeans and sweater when I left. She is super friendly and charismatic.

Visited this shop while on vacation, did not receive the same the service I receive at my home store in cottonwood- Trish is the best . Was able to sort my out my needs but my girl at cottonwood got what it takes.
