Very bad customer service, they are supposed to be the experts and they don’t said nothing to me about cancel my insurance policy after sold my car. I will never come back there to insurance my two cars.

i have to say this is the worst insurance broker i ever been to i went to buy a 2 day permit and transfer vehicle to my name 1st thing broker says that there was and error and i need a new transfer form signed so ok oops my bad good thing owner was close by so i went had second one signed come back a different broker says oh these signatures dont match i cant accept it i said looks similar to me do u need a degree in signature identification to say its a match? I said ill call owner so I did she sent me a pic of her drivers licence and looks similiar but little different again he say no I cant accept it she will have to come in I said she 9 month pregnant and isnt coming down here I said your being ridiculous and Ive never had this issue before, i said is this a new icbc policy to have this degree to identify signatures ? He says I dont like way u talk to me and I wont serve you go somewhere else so because i question his challange wow what a joke so i drive to langford and go to sussex broker there she looks at 2 different transfer forms and id and etransfer and says nothing wrong with this look some the same and does transacion .. best part lady says to me you dont have to register vehicke to buy a 2 day permit so why didnt this signature expert offer that same information instead of being way he was so i could be on my way beside make a big deal over her signature uhhhggg need better trained weekend staff he could have said im not comfortable with signature and said i can do a 2 day permit and send u on your way and u can see your own broker when u back home fyi i never cursed or raised my voice just challanged all 4 brokers there but noone offered a solution .

Terrible service from the staff and especially from the manager of the Walmart branch, he was rude and did not want to help my request for a quote for the months after my insurance payment, he just wanted to get rid of me, I would only go back one more time to cancel my insurance.

I did a vehicle transfer here and the only service I got was the extended hours compare to other Autoplan locations. Otherwise poor customer service, they just wanted to make more money on services we did not ask or need. Besides, I ended up losing money because they did I not do their job properly. I went to my regular autoplan insurance office at McKenzie and Borden St. where they know about customer service!
