Horrible service and attitude.
They forgot to update my cars mileage into the system. I ended up paying extra for my car insurance for 2 years. And they are so eager to pass the buck that it has priority over customers questions. It's like talking to a wall with a bad attitude. Don't trust them on anything.

Friendly, helpful, fast. Both times I've been in they found me a discount, and when I brought my 4 year old with me the person who helped us made such a good impression he still asks if he can go inside every time we walk by.

Plus it's conveniently located so you can pop in while you're shopping.

My experience renewing my insurance at this place was an absolute nightmare. Let me tell you about the ordeal I went through with a person that introduced himself as Derick. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, I could sense his arrogance and lack of professionalism. It was like dealing with a rude and incompetent brick wall.

His behavior was outrageously rude, and I have no idea how someone like him is allowed to interact with customers. He seemed to have a special talent for making people feel belittled and unworthy of his precious time. Not once did he answer my questions properly. It was as if he took pleasure in frustrating and aggravating me with his nonchalant attitude.

But that's not all – when I dared to ask why my insurance renewal price had changed from last time, he didn't even bother to provide a coherent explanation. It was as if he couldn't be bothered with anything beyond collecting my money.

It's an absolute disgrace that Sussex employs someone like him, who clearly despises his job and couldn't care less about the customers.
His complete lack of empathy and respect for customers is beyond comprehension.

I cannot help but wonder if his abominable behavior is rooted in pure discrimination. The fact that such treatment aligns with a particular pattern is deeply concerning.

By allowing this person to interact with customers, Sussex has single-handedly ruined their own reputation.

Sussex, consider this your wake-up call – shape up or expect the wrath of countless disgruntled customers.

This place has some of the worst customer service/experience that I have come across.

If it's all the same to you when it comes to insurance, go to another place that will at least treat you like a real customer. Stay away from this location.

One of the worst brokers I ever had to deal with. Older Asian lady and older Asian guy are really unprofessional. I know it's not the company's fault but the agents in the office are miserable employees. They act like they own ICBC and look down on you
