In my attempt to seek clarity on an insurance matter, I contacted my broker and talked to the agent whose name is Sara Zahedi. Despite assuring them that I wasn't seeking assistance with payments, but rather clarification on complex details, the agent remained uncooperative. Despite explaining that I needed a more detailed verbal explanation than what was provided in emails, the broker maintained a rude and dismissive attitude. Even after expressing my right as a customer to seek answers to my questions, the agent persistently refused to offer any additional information over the phone. This frustrating encounter ultimately led me to cancel my policy and share my dissatisfaction with others, she response that's totally fine.let the other people know.

One star for Reseptionists, they are are very nice. One star for their knowledge. Three off because certain agents are very condescending. They made mistake and I have to call to follow up. Then they just brushed it off despite it was their fault. I understood that human makes mistake but I don't appreciate been wasted time and energy and treated like nothing. Let's just say happened more than once or twice. Have enough stress in life and really don't need extra. I have been with them for a very long time and I just have to switch to a different one. Maybe I just got unlucky. Experience it for your own and good luck.

I recently renewed my car insurance there and it was not a good experience. I've dealt with them in the past and never had any issues but this time was a very negative experience. A few of the people working there are quite incompetent. Ended up having to go back three times to get the issues sorted out. Won't be returning. Two stars for the convenience.

The young man who claims to be the head of this insurance branch is very, very rude and ill-behaved, I recommend that you never visit this branch under any circumstances. Because they do not respect the customer at all and behave very disrespectfully. I hope the main owner of this branch is the behavior of his staff.?
