I have been using their car insurance for years. Reason? Their extraordinary customer service they offer. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They go through all ICBC policies and answering your concerns, but are not pushy!
It's conveniently located inside Superstore. Even though you can renew your policy online now, I will keep going to this location to appreciate their service and great work.

Best place to get insurance, they will explain everything to you and help you decide as per your requirements. And the manager (Brandon) is an awesome person. Always a delight to meet him. If you are close by this is the place to get insurance from.
