My Husband has had an policy for 40 years with sun life. Now, at 92, he is reaching the end of his life.
This company stopped taking the $185.00 off his account in 2018. since then we have been trying to contact them with no joy. We have been rerouted to the Uk, and spoke with a man for whom English was a distant language. He informed us the company had no record of my husband. had never heard of my him. Yet, every month the small policy he has on his son keeps giving.
I have sent a detailed account of his policy numbers etc to the Uk, That was three weeks ago still no response.
