If i could rate lower I would. To sum it up I am repeatedly told that the attachments that i scanned from my printer are blurry (Perfectly clear on my end) and they cant read anything; but yet they can still tell me what the form is missing... how does that make sense

reimburse you. I sent my claim by mail, paid $15 at post office to have it sent by next day. They said they received it two days late of deadline. It was received or opened late on their end but because of two mere days they have chosen to be unsympathetic and to not reimburse me. If it had been two weeks or a month late, I understand. But two days.. Was told a supervisor would contact me five times, was never contacted and no voicemail was ever left despite me giving permission. Customer service is lacking and I know now not to fully trust insurance. If there is a way for them to say no… they will surely say no.

I transferred my investments here and opened a life insurance policy with Sun Life because a family friend sold me on the company. Well it was a huge mistake. Trying to transfer my money to another institution after 5 years was hell. Sun life should have paid me a salary because I pretty much did all the work, making calls Back-and-forth between the two institutions. Then when COVID began I asked Sun life if there was anyway to defer my monthly payments until I was able to make regular payments again. They outright refused and said if I didn’t make the payments I would lose all the funds I had already paid into the insurance plan and I would have to start all over. This company showed absolutely no compassion for their own customers during hard times and I will never do business with them again. Do your due diligence before dealing with this company.
